Return Policy

Pro-Dive Central Coast offers a straight forward returns policy. 

We are happy to provide a 10 day money back guarantee for any order purchased online through our 24/7 website, please note;

  • Postage and delivery fees will apply and are non-refundable.
  • Items must be new, unused and in original packaging to qualify.

If you would like to return an item

  • Pack the item for return securely.
  • PDCC cannot be held liable for items that may go missing during transit,
  • Use registered post in order to track delivery.

Include the following with your package:

  • Reason for the return
  • Copy of the invoice
  • Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange

If you are exchanging an item:

  • Details on item you request as exchanged
  • Contact us for delivery payment for the exchanged item

Order Cancelling

As long as the order has not been processed, there is no problem with cancelling your order. However, if items have already been shipped you will need to refer to PDCC’s policy on returning an item.

Changing an Order

As long as your order has not been processed, your order can be changed. Please make sure you call us on (02) 4389 3483 as soon as possible if you wish to change your order and confirm the change by e-mail on

Received Damaged Items

Contact PDCC upon receipt immediately on (02) 4389 3483.
Do not return the item as we may need to get additional information from you.

Missing Items

Should your received order be missing items, contact PDCC as soon as possible with your order number on (02) 4389 3483.

Wrong Sizes

If your item is the wrong size, you can simply exchange your item for the same item in a different size.

Gift Voucher Purchases

When you purchase an item using a gift voucher, we will exchange the product or refund the amount in either store credit or gift vouchers as per return policy.

Exchanging an item

As long as your item and is not part of a special promotion has not been used or damaged in any way, PDCC is happy to offer you an exchange.

Returning an item that was shipped Free Freight

Any unused item can be returned as per the conditions outlined above, including items shipped free of charge. If an item that was shipped for free is exchanged for a different item, we will credit the full amount and add a small charge to ship the new item to you.

When an item is returned for a refund, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our shipping costs. The restocking fee will depend on the size of the item and will be as per our delivery charges.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, PDCC at its discretion may offer store credit or exchange upon receipt of return post paid, unused item less delivery and freight costs.

Specialty items

Items not generally stocked are not eligible for exchange.
Items that are been priced to clear or discontinued
Special order items or items that need to be ordered are not eligible.
Items on Sale or Clearance are not eligible.

  • Video Lights and accessories
  • Cameras.
  • Dive Tanks

Paypal Refunds

Paypal refunds will be subject to a 2.6% restocking fee. Paypal charge a 2.6% fee on all transactions, which will not be returned to PDCC- when a refund is processed. If an item was paid for via Paypal and returned, we will charge a 2.6% restocking fee to cover our costs.
