Deliveries and Shipping Policy
When you place an order from Pro-Dive we are committed to dispatching your order as soon as practicable. We realise you are waiting patiently for your package to arrive. Please be aware of the conditions we apply when you make your order;
Once your ordered items have been received and processed through our warehouse, delivery times vary between 1 to 21 business days.
Items are usually shipped out the same day, when your order is received before 1 pm (AEST) should your size and colour be available and in store.
However, this does not guarantee next day delivery, as standard shipping times apply.
Should you require your order urgently- Before you place your order, make sure to give the office a call on (02) 4389 3483, to ensure same day dispatch of ordered items is available. Express Post, does not always mean Express!
PRO DIVE only ships to Australian Postcodes.
We are not shipping to overseas addresses at this time.

I.E. wetsuits, dive cylinders, lead weights, etc. All prices are based on mainland Australia delivery.
Free Shipping to Remote Areas?
When you make a purchase of $500 or more, Pro-Dive offers free shipping. Many of our products ship free to most areas in Australia.
We try our best to cover shipping costs, but in some cases I.E. bulky wetsuits, spearguns over one metre in length or scuba cylinders to remote islands off NT or large tubs of Sorb to WA, is not viable. In this particular event we will check the actual shipping costs and will email you a freight quote. The client then reserves the right to cancel the order after receiving the quote.
All delivery costs are subject to the following;
- The destination address is in a major Australian metropolitan area-
Areas outside of this may be subject to a surcharge. - All items are shipped by Australia Post.
You may arrange pickup or delivery by alternative methods, if necessary - Same Day Dispatch (optional): Extra costs may apply.
- Express Post: Additional costs will apply, depending on parcel size.
- Insurance (optional): Additional costs apply and depend on order size.
- Registered Post (optional): Additional costs apply
- Unusually large or heavy items will be subject to extra freight charges or may be ineligible for delivery. While not limited toothpick wetsuits, bulk Sorb, tanks and weights are some examples of items, that we do not currently ship.
- Where orders require additional postal or freight charges, we will contact the customer to let them know what the additional surcharges are.
- Items longer than one metre in length, weigh in excess of 20 kilos. Check Australia Post for their restrictions.
- Items may be returned within seven days for full refund, less shipping fee.
- You are eligible to cancel for a full refund, less freight and/or restocking fee if applied, should you not accept the surcharges.
Click and Collect
Online orders are available to be picked up from our store.
When making your order, simply choose "I wish to Pick up from Store"
We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up and the delivery costs will automatically be set to $0.00. Please bring your photo ID and order number with you when you pick up your items.
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Postage is paid by purchaser.
Product Availability
Some items may not be immediately available or out of stock, for an extended period I.E. 21 days or more from our store. Items usually arrive from our warehouse within 2 - 3 business days, but can take up to 10 business days during busy periods.
Should this place your delivery outside our projected delivery time frame, we will send you an email explaining the delay, cancel your order and refund your entire payment.
Please make sure your address is current and correct.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided by you when creating your account. Pro-Dive is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or insufficient address details, or delivery requirements not being updated.
Should your package be returned to us, another postage fee to reship your order to the correct address is payable, prior to dispatch.
Should your item not be collected in due time, Australia Post offices return items to sender, please expedite your collection as re-shipping fees apply both ways.
