Price Matching

Here at PRO DIVE, we are committed to providing the best value for money in Australia. We provide a large range of products while striving to be competitively priced. With this, we promise to match any price from any store in Australia subject to the terms below;

  1. We will price-match any Australian store or Australian online shop.
  2. The competitor’s product must be identical to that offered at PRO DIVE (e.g., same size, colour, specification, model year, etc.)
  3. The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price-matching
  4. The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price matching, and cannot include any volume, personal or membership discounts. We cannot match multi-item promotional offers like “buy one get one free” or bulk buying discounts
  5. We cannot retroactively price match after the product has been ordered.
  6. No other promotional offers or loyalty discounts can be used with a product that is price-matched. In other words, discount vouchers cannot be applied to price-matched products to receive a further discount.
  7. Does not apply to services such as Courses, Trips, Hire or servicing. Please contact us
  8. PRO DIVE reserves the right to cease or modify this Price Promise at any time.

How does it work?

If the product for which you are interested in requesting a price match meets the requirements above, simply email with the subject title “Price match request” and provide us the following:

  • The website link (URL) to the product you wish to purchase, along with a list of all options like size and colour you want on
  • The website link (URL) to the same in-stock product where you have seen it cheaper
  • The advertised purchase price (be aware of different product prices for different options)
  • The competitor's delivery costs (if delivery is not included in the purchase price)

We strive to respond to all price match requests within 1 business day, but it could take longer during periods of high volume.
