Local Scuba Diving Holiday Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you are aware of these conditions when you book.
Quite often people miss out on our local dive excursions because the operator has limited spots available that do get filled, should you cancel at the last moment, it becomes quite difficult to fill your spot.
The operator issues an invoice and we have to pay the account in full, this is a significant loss, when your payment is not made.
For peace of mind and enjoyment this policy is in place.
Reservation Confirmation:
To secure your spot on our scuba diving excursion, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified deadline, typically 14 days prior to the start of the excursion. International tours have their own terms and conditions.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date, may result in cancellation of your reservation and the deposit paid, will be forfeited.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by Participant:If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. We will endeavour to fill your position, failing that the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the start date:
Loss of deposit. - Cancellation within 14 days of the start date:
No refund of the total trip cost.
In the unlikely event that PDCC must cancel the scuba diving excursion due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participants, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your reservation to a future date, subject to availability.
Changes and Refunds:
Changes by Participant:
Changes to your reservation, such as date changes or participant substitutions, may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of the operator. Additional fees may apply for changes made within 14 days of the start date.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the cancellation request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
