Join Us for a Social Shore Dive at Your Local Dive Site!

Local divers, mark your calendars!

Every weekend, we are inviting certified scuba divers to join us for a relaxed and social shore dive at one of our favourite local dive sites. Whether you are newly certified or a seasoned diver, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the underwater world, meet fellow diving enthusiasts, and enjoy a fun, safe dive together.

The social dive will take place on Sunday at 9:00am, with check-in at the nominated dive site with a scheduled splash-in at 9:30am. The event is open to all certified divers with recent dive experience, and divers must bring their own gear or arrange rental through the dive centre in advance.

This casual dive is not a guided tour, but a great chance to pair up, share local knowledge, and discover the hidden gems of our coastline—from vibrant sponge gardens and schooling fish to the occasional visit from a curious ray or cuttlefish. After the dive, stick around to swap stories over a coffee or snack at the nearby café.

Important: While this is a free community event, you must notify the dive centre before attending so we can ensure safety protocols are followed and divers are appropriately matched. Please call 02 4389 3483 by Saturday at noon to register your spot. Sites will be selected on the day, taking into consideration weather and ocean conditions.
